负压通风方式下立井井筒防冻技术研究

摘要: 针对泊江海子矿基建期间冬季井筒安装时的安全问题,分析了井筒结冰的原因和井筒结冰对通风系统的影响,研究了低温环境下井筒安装时的施工措施及工艺流程,并结合唐家会矿、色连二矿的井筒安装条件总结出了一套完整的井筒防冻应对措施。实践表明:通过机械通风、封闭、供暖、控风等措施,可以克服低温天气及自然风压对立井井筒施工的影响,保障井筒在冬季的安全施工,大幅度缩短建井工期,为矿井带来巨大的安全和经济效益。

Abstract: In order to further study the causes of wellbore icing and analyze the effect of wellhead freezing on the ventilation system, it is prevented from causing harm to the safe production of coal mine. This paper discusses the safety problems of wellbore coal mine installation during the foundation construction and the construction measures and technological processes to be paid attention to when installing the wellbore in low temperature environment. The results show that the influence of low temperature weather and natural wind pressure on the shaft construction of the shaft can be overcome by mechanical ventilation, closed, heating and wind control, so as to ensure the safe construction of the wellbore in winter and greatly reduce the construction period and bring the Huge security and economic benefits.
